Cut for time? Cut because who wants to see this? Django blows up the house and walks through the smoke, confronting the Candie family unit. He separates the slaves from the whites except Stephen and gives the whites gun. Six against one. Django kills them all before telling a little slave boy where the North Star is the same thing the doctor did at the beginning and then rides off with Broomhilda Cut, for what reason exactly?
I like this ending better, and would have made me like the movie better Mark Spencer marked it as to-read Apr 27, Meg marked it as to-read Jul 08, Jodi Dorries marked it as to-read Aug 02, Bug Girl marked it as to-read Oct 23, There are no discussion topics on this book yet. The outspoken writer and director did lose to Boal for The Hurt Locker the last time around as if he needs a reminder. Tarantino and Weinstein are no doubt trying to prevent this from happening again with this new 9 minute featurette released for Django.
Fans of the western will want to check this out for sure as it gives some details about the evolution of the script to the screen.
