Where is madden 13 online pass

Ive been playing Madden 13 online since it came out, and just today i got a msg saying this- We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an online pass which is required to access all online features. I got this today also, after I had an Xbox update. Try this it worked for me while the game is on sign out of your profile then sign back in and it should reload every thing.
